Description: 

The Town of St. Marys is looking to contract a company to perform a building assessment on the Pyramid Recreation Centre, 317 James Street, St. Marys. The Pyramid Recreation Centre is approximately 98,910 sq ft with 2 stories built in 1977 with expansions in 2004 and 2006. There are two ice surfaces, a community centre, a senior centre and youth centre, as well as an indoor pool.  The condition assessment outlined in this RFQ shall not include the Aquatics Centre (indoor pool, change rooms, supporting mechanical equipment, etc.), which has been completed separately.
