The Town is seeking pre-qualification submissions from qualified General Contractors (herein referred to as ‘Respondents’) for the purpose of establishing a list of pre-qualified Bidders eligible to bid on the restoration of the facade, including the installation of windows, at 14 Church Street North, St. Marys.
