The Town of St. Marys is issuing ADMIN-35-2023-RFP for the procurement of an electronic document and records management system. The scope of work for this project is to be comprised of the following components:

  • Supply of an electronic document and records management system;
  • Professional services for project management, installation, configuration of system, implementation, training, and go live transition;
  • Provide post-project maintenance and support;
  • Optional: Supply records digitization services;
  • Optional: Provide additional post-project maintenance and support on an as-needed basis.
