Welcome to the Town of St. Marys Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Only registered bidders will be permitted to submit bids for any bid opportunity listed.

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website. 
Phase one (1) will allow vendors to view, register and download bids online. Phase two (2) of the launch will be implemented in the future and will include the ability for Vendors to submit bids entirely online in one quick, easy and convenient location.  

The Town of St. Marys is currently on Phase One.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.
